Today for you we have an old measure-free recipe that will make your mouth water! Don’t worry it’s  quite easy to prepare and, above all, will be a success with your friends.
  Ingredients:  fettuccine; 2 artichokes ; mussels; tomatoes; white wine; oil; parsley;  garlic!Preparation:  in a pan put oil, garlic, white wine and the mussels water; bring it to the boil and then throw in the chopped artichokes and cook for four minutes.
 Next add the tomatoes, basils and parsley and  cook until the tomato sauce looks  thick and creamy.
 At this point  thrown in the fettucine ( already cooked of course), add Parmisan cheese and stir for a while.
 If you wish you can also  garnish the fettucine with a leave or two of basil.
