The selling prices of properties in Foxrock, Dublin 18

Certain real estate properties on MyHome.ie saw successful dealings within 2023 and 2024. A semi-detached four-bedroom house at 97 Foxrock Park listed for €725,000 on 22nd September 2023, was sold on 13th February 2024 for €723,000. Another semi-detached property at 136 Foxrock Park found a buyer who agreed to purchase it for €1.05 million, after it was listed on 7th September 2023 for €895,000. It was sold on 12th January 2024.

On the other hand, 8 Cairn Hill, Westminster Road housed a five-bedroom detached property, listed for €1.05 million on 13th April 2023. Interestingly, it was sold at a higher price of €1.075 million on September 21, 2023, and the sale was finalised on 29th January 2024.

56 Beech Park Road and Egli, Kill Lane both held four-bedroom detached houses. The first was listed and agreed upon for €950,000 within the span of September in 2023, and was sold on 18th January 2024. The latter, listed on 3rd October 2023 for €895,000, was sold at a higher €1.01 million on 12th January 2024.

Lastly, a semi-detached four-bedroom at 70 Beech Park Road was initially listed for €875,000 on July 7, 2023. The final sale, however, came in lower at €830,000 on December 21, 2023.
